DESCRIPTION
174921-1 is a 3-position plug assembly connector from TE Connectivity's .070 MULTILOCK connector system, designed for wire-to-wire and wire-to-board automotive applications. This connector supports applicable wire sizes of 0.2–1.25 mm² (AWG 24–16) and features PBT housing material for both cap and plug components. The connector system includes a double-lock mechanism integrated into the body to ensure complete contact insertions into housings. It mates with cap housing 174928-1 for wire-to-wire applications or horizontal mount cap housing 5175781-1 and vertical mount cap housing 174963-1 for board applications. This connector is RoHS and ELV compliant, making it suitable for powertrain systems, safety and security systems, body and chassis systems, and other automotive applications.
