DESCRIPTION
The 1987674-1 is a frame kit with SL-Series 110 connect jack designed for Industrial Ethernet IP65/67 field installation applications. This RJ-45 push-pull connector features a robust tool-less termination technology that enables timesaving and flexible field installation without special tools, combined with a comfortable push-pull mechanism per IEC 61076-3-106 Variant 14 that ensures secure, sealed interconnection. The connector is engineered for harsh environments with IP67 sealing performance, positive lock push-pull coupling, and the ability to withstand severe shocks and vibrations through integrated guiding and sealing with a separate frame-part. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +70°C with a mating cycle rating of 750 cycles, and complies with TIA/EIA 568 Category 5e electrical requirements. Common applications include factory automation, sealed automation units, decentralized applications, cabinet outlets, manufacturing cells, solar and wind parks, and train communication networks.
