DESCRIPTION
The 205860-1 is a 37-position D-subminiature receptacle connector designed for right-angle PCB mounting in the HDP-20 series. It features a front metal shell (Size 4) with a footprint of 13.84 mm (0.545 in) and is mounted through thru-hole technology with a PCB thickness of 0.062 in (1.57 mm). The connector incorporates phosphor bronze contacts with gold flash plating on the mating area, tin-lead over nickel plating on solder posts, and a zinc-plated steel shell. It is rated UL 94V-0 for housing flammability and is wave solder capable up to 265°C, making it suitable for high-reliability applications in industrial and telecommunications equipment where robust, high-density interconnections are required.
