DESCRIPTION

2102079-1 is a 60-position Mezalok HS high-speed mezzanine pin connector designed for stacking applications in rugged embedded computing environments. This connector features a quad-redundant Mini-Box contact system with 50 microinch gold mating and tin-lead BGA board attachment, supporting data rates up to 32+ Gb/s. The connector offers 500 mating cycle durability and is shock and vibration resistant per VITA 47 and 72 HALT test requirements, with thermal cycling stability of 2000 thermal shock cycles from -55°C to +125°C. The LCP plastic housing provides superior thermal stability and low outgassing, while the compliant BGA board-attach supports standard surface mount processing. Ideal for aerospace, defense, and marine high-speed embedded computing applications requiring high reliability and performance.
