DESCRIPTION
2-1445050-3 is a single-row vertical header connector for the Micro MATE-N-LOK 3mm connector system, designed for wire-to-board connections with configurable positions from 2 to 12. The header features through-hole and surface mount (SMT) mounting options with SMT hold-down and metal hold-down configurations, supporting 15µ gold plating and retention bumps on the solder tail for enhanced mechanical stability. It accommodates crimp contacts terminated to 30-18 AWG wire with insulation diameters up to 1.52mm, delivering current ratings up to 5 Amps per line. This connector is infrared (IR) reflow process compatible and available in tape and reel packaging, making it suitable for automated assembly in consumer electronics, industrial control systems, and telecommunications equipment requiring reliable wire-to-board interconnections.
