DESCRIPTION
2157481-4 is a sealed AMPLIMITE D-subminiature receptacle connector from the Series 109 standard-density line, featuring 37 positions with Size 20 contacts. This MIL-spec connector provides IP67-rated environmental sealing through grommet, interfacial seal, and internal connector sealant, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The connector features a cadmium-plated steel shell, glass-filled polyester insert, fluorosilicone rubber sealing grommets, and copper alloy contacts plated with gold over nickel. Designed to meet MIL-DTL-24308 standards with AS39029 QPL contacts, it offers a current rating of 7.5 A per Size 20 contact. This connector is ideal for harsh environment applications requiring reliable water and dust protection while maintaining interoperability with standard D-subminiature connectors.
