DESCRIPTION

2227580-1 is a Mini-SAS HD internal receptacle connector designed for Serial ATA and Serial Attached SCSI applications. This right-angle assembly features 36 positions arranged in dual rows with a single port configuration, utilizing a through-hole press-fit PCB mounting style with M2 screw retention. The connector is constructed with an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) housing in black, copper alloy contacts with tin-plated solder tails, and stands 13.90 mm above the PCB on a recommended 1.57 mm thick board. It is RoHS and ELV compliant with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating and high-temperature housing capability, making it suitable for demanding storage and server applications requiring reliable high-speed data transmission.
