DESCRIPTION
2271696-5 is a two-tier type screw terminal block designed for 1-in-1-out wire interconnection applications. This terminal block features a black thermoplastic housing with tin-plated copper terminals and zinc-plated steel screws and clamps. It supports wire sizes from 22-10 AWG (UL) or 0.33-4mm² (IEC), with rated current and voltage of 30A/600V (UL) or 32A/800V (IEC), and an impulse withstand voltage of 6kV. The M3 screw requires a torque of 0.69Nm (6 lbs-in) with a recommended wire strip length of 8-10mm. This terminal block is compliant with IEC 60947-7-1 standards and meets RoHS and REACH environmental requirements, making it suitable for industrial control panels and electrical distribution systems.
