DESCRIPTION

The 2-320861-1 is a PIDG (Pre-Insulated Diamond Grip) flanged spade tongue terminal used for creating reliable, solderless electrical connections. It accommodates a wire size range of 16-14 AWG (1.04-2.62 mm²) and is designed for a #6 (M3.5) stud. The terminal features a tin-plated copper body with a blue nylon insulation sleeve, which is color-coded for easy wire size identification and supports a maximum wire insulation diameter of 0.170 inches (4.32 mm). The funnel entry design allows for easy wire insertion, while serrations inside the barrel provide excellent contact and tensile strength. These features ensure reliable performance in applications ranging from control circuits to power wiring.
