DESCRIPTION
292253-6 is a 6-position single row through-hole standard type post header designed for horizontal mounting with kinked legs for PCB self-retention. This connector is part of the AMP CT 2.0 mm pitch connector series, featuring tin plating and supporting wire-to-board and wire-to-wire interconnect solutions. The header is compatible with AWG 22-30 wire gauges and is rated for 125 V AC operation. It mates with MT housings (173977, 179694) or crimp housings (179228) with contacts, and is RoHS compliant. Common applications include business equipment, industrial machines, IoT/smart devices, PC peripherals, audio equipment, air conditioners, and LED lighting where signals or power routing is required.
