DESCRIPTION
329150 is a TERMINYL ring tongue terminal designed for large wire sizes in the 3/0 AWG range (150,500–190,000 circular mils), meeting or exceeding MIL-T-7928 Type II Class 2 requirements. The terminal features a copper body per ASTM B-152 with tin plating per ASTM B-545, providing durable corrosion resistance to salt spray and chemical fumes. It incorporates nylon insulation (UL 94V-2) color-coded blue for wire size identification, with a maximum temperature rating of 105°C and a wire insulation diameter of 0.765 inches (19.43 mm). The terminal includes a funnel entry for ease of wire insertion, dimples for maximum barrel-to-wire contact and tensile strength, and is designed for use with matching AMP tooling to ensure precision crimping. These terminals are engineered to withstand extreme vibration, shock, and structural stresses in aerospace, ground support, and complex flight equipment applications.
