DESCRIPTION
3-338311-2 is a subminiature D-type connector plug with boardlocks designed for straight mounting applications, featuring a 25-way configuration with 4-40 screwlock termination and solder connections. The connector is constructed with a steel front shell (tin plated) and black glass-filled polyester housing (UL 94V-0 flammability rated), with phosphor bronze contacts plated with 0.76 µm gold for reliable signal transmission. It delivers a maximum current rating of 6A, insulation resistance of 5000 MO minimum, and dielectric strength of 1000V AC, operating reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. This connector is ideal for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and data acquisition applications where robust, compact interconnections are required.
