DESCRIPTION
3-435470-1 is a double pole, double throw (DPDT) DIP switch with extended lever actuator designed for programmable switching and control applications. The switch features a contact lead spacing of 0.100 x 0.300 inches (2.54 x 7.62 mm) with a lead length of 0.140 inches (3.56 mm) below the mounting surface, and a housing dimension (Dim. A) of 0.480 inches (12.19 mm). The contacts are constructed from copper alloy with 0.000030 inches (0.00076 mm) gold over 0.000050 inches (0.00127 mm) nickel plating in the contact area, and 0.000150 inches (0.00381 mm) tin-lead over 0.000050 inches (0.00127 mm) nickel on solder legs. The housing is made of glass-filled polyester rated 94V-0 in black, with a white thermoplastic rocker. Performance ratings include a maximum nonswitching current of 1.5 amperes at 50 VDC and switching current of 100 milliamperes at 5 VDC (resistive load), with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. This switch is ideal for applications requiring reliable, programmable control with make-before-break circuit design and durability up to 7000 cycles of actuation.
