DESCRIPTION
350557-4 is a phosphor bronze pre-tinned socket contact engineered for 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) wire-to-board applications. This contact is specifically designed to accommodate stacked wire configurations with one 18 AWG [1.2 mm²] wire and two 18 AWG [0.8 mm] wires, with a maximum stacked insulation diameter of 2.92 inches. The contact features pre-tin plating for enhanced solderability and reliable electrical connections. It is compatible with HDM applicator part numbers 687898-23 and 687898-43, and hand tool 91504-1, enabling efficient assembly on automated termination equipment.
