DESCRIPTION
352346-1 is a Type C right angle female connector with reduced crosstalk performance and pre-fitted upper ground return shield, part of the AMP Z-PACK 2mm HM Hard Metric Interconnection System. This 5-row connector features 55 contacts with end guiding capability and is designed for end-stackable configurations without change of contact pitch. The housing is constructed from glass filled polyester (gray, UL94 V-0 rated) with phosphor-bronze signal contacts featuring gold over nickel plating (0.8µm Au over 1.3µm Ni) in the contact area. It supports daughtercard thickness ranging from 1.4mm to 4.3mm (3.5mm max with lower shield). This connector is commonly used in high-speed backplane applications where signal integrity and reduced electromagnetic interference are critical requirements.
