DESCRIPTION
3-794627-2 is a dual-row surface-mount connector header designed for the Micro MATE-N-LOK 3mm connector system, supporting 2-24 position configurations on a 3.0mm centerline pitch. This header features SMT (surface-mount technology) compatibility with metal hold-down options and retention features on the solder tail, enabling reliable wire-to-board connections. The connector accommodates 22-18 AWG wire (0.3-0.9mm²) with insulation diameters up to 2.79mm and supports a maximum current rating of 5 Amps per line at 250 Volts AC/DC. The header is available with tin or gold plating options and includes pick-and-place pad support for automated assembly. This product is ideal for applications requiring compact, high-density interconnections in consumer electronics, appliances, and industrial equipment where space efficiency and reliable crimped connections are essential.
