DESCRIPTION

The 40594 is a non-insulation support, open barrel ring tongue terminal designed for creating reliable wire terminations. It accommodates a wire size range of 18-14 AWG (0.8–2.0 mm²) and fits a #8 stud. Constructed from tin-plated brass with a stock thickness of 0.020 inches, this terminal is suitable for applications with an allowable connection temperature of up to 110°C. The terminal features serrations for a secure connection and is designed for machine application, ensuring reproducible, high-quality crimps in various electronic and electrical assemblies.
