DESCRIPTION
4-794677-6 is a 16-position dual-row surface-mount header connector designed for the Micro MATE-N-LOK 3mm connector system. This header features a 3mm (0.118 inch) centerline pitch and supports current ratings up to 5 Amps per line at 250 Volts AC/DC. The connector is compatible with 22-18 AWG wire (0.3-0.9 mm²) with insulation diameters up to 2.79 mm, and includes SMT hold-down provisions with metal hold-down options for secure board mounting. The header is infrared (IR) reflow process compatible and available with 15 µm or 30 µm gold plating on contacts. This connector is ideal for applications requiring reliable wire-to-board interconnections in compact, high-density layouts such as appliance controls, industrial equipment, and consumer electronics.
