DESCRIPTION
5-1634537-1 is an F Series right-angle PC board mount RF coaxial jack connector designed for high temperature applications. This connector features PTFE dielectric material throughout (bottom, middle, and front sections) for enhanced thermal performance and is suitable for pin in paste reflow and high temperature processing. The body plating consists of nickel barrel with tin base, and the center contact is tin plated. The connector accepts center conductor diameters and is designed for PCB termination with a recommended panel cutout diameter of 9.65 mm. Common applications include RF signal transmission in telecommunications, cable systems, and broadcast equipment where reliable high-frequency connections are required.
