DESCRIPTION
The 5415025-1 is a right-angle metalized BNC jack connector designed for PC board and panel mount applications in RF coaxial systems. It features a tin-plated body with TPX (polymethylpentene) dielectric and gold-plated center contact, providing excellent electrical performance and corrosion resistance. The connector is rated for 50 ohm impedance and includes a 1/2-28 thread interface with a maximum panel thickness of 6.35 mm (0.250 inches). This connector is fully intermateable with comparable UG/U standard BNC connectors and is qualified to MIL-C-39012 specifications. It is commonly used in RF and microwave applications requiring reliable, field-serviceable connections with low VSWR performance.
