DESCRIPTION
5499913-6 is a double-row ribbon cable connector receptacle designed for high-density interconnect solutions in electronic systems. The connector features a .050" [1.27 mm] cable pitch and is available in multiple position configurations (10 to 64 positions) with a soldertail length of .110" [2.79 mm]. The contact system includes tin plating of .000150" [0.00381 mm] on the solder tail with an entire contact underplated with .000050" [0.00127 mm] nickel, and the holddown is constructed from copper alloy with identical plating specifications. This connector is RoHS compliant and is commonly used in ribbon cable assemblies for data transmission, control systems, and general-purpose interconnection where reliable mating with standard pin headers is required.
