DESCRIPTION

The 5536412-4 is a Eurocard Type C receptacle connector designed for high-density interconnect applications on printed circuit boards. It features 96 contact positions distributed across three loaded rows (A, B, C) with a standard size form factor and DIN Level II compliance. The connector utilizes copper alloy contacts with DIN 41612 Class 2 plating on the mating area, a 0.30 x 0.61 mm contact cross-section, and solder tail posts of 4.57 mm length with tin plating for reliable wave soldering at temperatures up to 265°C. The polymer housing is rated UL 94V-0 for flammability and includes mounting ears with Boardlock PCB retention for secure mechanical attachment. This connector is ideal for VMEbus, VXIBus, FUTUREBUS, and MULTIBUS II applications in industrial and telecommunications equipment where robust, standards-compliant interconnection is required.
