DESCRIPTION

5536514-1 is a pin assembly signal module connector designed for Z-Pack 2mm FB 2mm applications with a 4-row configuration and 5.00 mm mating length press-fit leads. The housing is constructed from liquid crystal polymer (LCP) per ASTM D5138 LCP000 G30A 32250, providing excellent mechanical and thermal stability. The contacts are made from phosphor bronze with a nickel underplate (0.00127 mm minimum per SAE-AMS-QQ-N-290) and tin finish (0.0006 mm minimum per ASTM B 545) on the mating surfaces, ensuring reliable electrical connection and corrosion resistance. The connector features plated through holes with a diameter of 0.725±0.075 mm and is designed for PCB mounting with recommended circuit pattern per IPC-D300 TYPE II, CLASS C. This connector is commonly used in signal distribution modules and high-density interconnect applications requiring reliable press-fit termination.
