DESCRIPTION

5747142-2 is an HD-20 AMPLIMITE subminiature D receptacle connector designed for PCB mounting applications. This shell size 2 connector features 15 contact positions and is equipped with fixed female screwlocks for secure mating. The connector has dimensions of 1.541 inches (39.14 mm) for dimension A, 1.312 inches (33.32 mm) for dimension B, and 0.509 inches (12.93 mm) for dimension C. It utilizes contact finish plating code A, featuring phosphor bronze contacts with 0.000030 inch (0.00076 mm) gold on the mating end and tin on the termination end, with 0.000050 inch (0.00127 mm) minimum nickel underplating. The receptacle is preloaded with straight posted ACTION PIN socket contacts and is designed for 0.093 inch (2.36 mm) minimum thick PC boards.
