DESCRIPTION
5-794629-4 is a dual-row surface-mount header connector from TE Connectivity's Micro MATE-N-LOK 3mm connector system designed for wire-to-board connections. This header features a 3mm (0.118 inch) centerline spacing with support for 2-24 position configurations and includes vertical angle orientation capability. The connector supports crimp contacts rated for 22-18 AWG (0.3-0.9 mm²) wire with insulation diameters up to 2.79mm, and delivers a maximum current rating of 5 Amps per line at 250 Volts AC/DC. The header is compatible with SMT (surface-mount technology) assembly, includes metal hold-down options, and features retention bumps on the solder tail for improved mechanical stability.
