DESCRIPTION

The 58436-2 is a 75-Ohm hex crimp die assembly designed for use with the PRO-CRIMPER III Hand Tool Frame 354940-1 to crimp BNC and TNC plug connectors onto coaxial cable. This die assembly consists of an indenter die and an anvil die that form three crimping chambers for center contact, ferrule, and connector body crimping. The 58436-2 features specific chamber crimp dimensions: Chamber B of 2.54 mm [.100] hex, Chamber C of 8.23 mm [.324] hex, and Chamber D of 1.73 mm [.068] hex, all with a tolerance of ±0.10 mm [.004]. The die assembly is compatible with multiple termination tools including the SDE-SA Hand Tool, SDE Bench Terminator, and electro-hydraulic hand tool kits, making it suitable for both occasional and production-level RF connector termination applications.
