DESCRIPTION
643406-1 is a 5-circuit pin header connector designed for wire-to-board power applications in the 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) family. This connector features a 1.300 inch (33.02 mm) A dimension with pre-tinned contact finish and UL94V-0 flammability rating, meeting stringent safety standards for power circuit applications. The connector incorporates a compact design with 19.4 mm mated height, double lock plate for complete contact loading, and protective walls surrounding locking levers to prevent wire tangling. It is designed to mate with Universal MATE-N-LOK II plug housings (part number 770016-1) and is commonly used in power circuits for home appliances, particularly gas appliances, where reliable power distribution and safety are essential.
