DESCRIPTION

The 644178-1 is an MTA-100 header connector designed for wire-to-board applications with 14 positions and vertical PCB mounting. It features a 2.54 mm contact centerline spacing, friction lock mating connector lock, and square copper alloy contacts with tin plating on the mating area. The connector is rated for 250 VAC and includes a thermoplastic polyester housing with UL 94V-0 flammability rating, ensuring compliance with RoHS/ELV standards. The solder tail contacts are copper alloy with tin plating and a post length of 3.56 mm, designed for wave solder processes up to 265°C. This connector is ideal for reliable interconnection in industrial control systems, power distribution modules, and other applications requiring robust wire-to-board connections.
