DESCRIPTION
The 7-1735480-1 is a board-to-board receptacle connector designed for mezzanine configurations with 40 positions arranged in 2 rows at a 0.8 mm centerline pitch. This surface-mount connector features a free height design with a 17 mm stack height and is constructed from liquid crystal polymer (LCP) housing with gold-plated contact mating areas (0.76 µm thickness) and tin-over-nickel plating on solder tails. The connector is stackable, preloaded, and includes positioning bosses for PCB alignment, with a maximum contact current rating of 0.5 A and dielectric withstanding voltage of 500 VAC. Operating reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, this connector is ideal for compact board-to-board interconnections in consumer electronics, computing, and industrial applications where space constraints and high-density connections are critical.
