DESCRIPTION

749070-9 is a 100-position AMPLIMITE .050 Series vertical receptacle header with through-hole tails in a plain configuration, part of the Series III subminiature D-type connector family. This connector features a thermoplastic housing rated 94V-0 and SMT compatible, a bright nickel over copper plated steel shell, and phosphor bronze contacts with duplex plating including gold on the mating end and tin-lead on the solder end. Key dimensions include L: 3.080 in (78.23 mm), M: 2.915 in (74.04 mm), P: 2.450 in (62.23 mm), and R: 3.315 in (84.20 mm). The connector is designed for reliable interconnection in applications requiring high-density signal transmission, with extra pin contact protection provided by rails that facilitate a straight-out unmating motion.
