786554-7 is a 68-position AMPLIMITE .050 Series vertical receptacle header with ACTION PIN tails, designed for subminiature D-type connector applications. This Series III connector features thermoplastic housing rated 94V-0 and SMT compatible, with a carbon steel shell plated bright tin over copper and phosphor bronze contacts with duplex plating including minimum 0.00076 mm gold on the mating end. Key dimensions include L: 2.280 inches (57.91 mm), M: 2.115 inches (53.72 mm), P: 1.650 inches (41.91 mm), and R: 2.515 inches (63.88 mm). The connector includes rails and latchblocks for secure mating, with extra pin contact protection provided by rails that facilitate straight-out unmating motion.
