DESCRIPTION

788800-1 is an AMPLIMITE HD-20 front metal-shell right-angle posted subminiature D-type receptacle connector designed for board mounting applications. This shell size 3 connector features 25 contact positions with a post size of .026 [0.66] diameter and is equipped with threaded inserts without boardlocks. The connector has dimensions of A: 2.088 [53.04] and B: 1.852 [47.04], with gold flash contact finish (plating code B) on the mating end and tin-lead on the termination end. The front shell is steel with tin plating, while the housing is 94V-0 rated black thermoplastic compatible with standard wave, vapor phase, and infra-red reflow (SMT) soldering. Socket contacts are phosphor bronze with nickel underplating. This connector is ideal for applications requiring reliable high-density interconnections in electronic equipment.
