DESCRIPTION
796274-2 is a one-piece sealed CPC circular plastic connector plug designed for commercial signal and power applications. This standard sex plug features a shell size 17 with 16 contact positions (arrangement 17-16) and accepts wire insulation diameters ranging from .040-.080 inches [1.01-2.03 mm]. The connector is constructed from UL 94V-0 rated, stabilized, heat-resistant, self-extinguishing thermoplastic material and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. It offers quick connect/disconnect capability with thread assist and positive detent coupling, along with built-in pin and socket protection. This sealed connector is ideal for applications requiring reliable environmental protection in industrial, commercial, and instrumentation equipment.
