DESCRIPTION
The 8-34150-1 is a pre-insulated solderless terminal designed for reliable wire termination in control circuits and power wiring applications. This terminal features an M4 stud size with dimensional specifications including a tongue material thickness of 0.042 inches (1.07 mm) and various barrel dimensions optimized for secure wire contact. The terminal accommodates wire sizes in the 12-10 AWG range (5.0-13.5 circular mills, 2.62-6.64 mm²) and is color-coded yellow for easy identification. The serration or dimple feature inside the terminal barrel provides exceptional barrel contact and tensile strength, while the special plating process creates high resistance to corrosion. These terminals are suitable for high-speed production applications and are UL, CSA, and Military approved for demanding electrical termination requirements.
