DESCRIPTION
The 86657-2 is a flexible film receptacle contact designed for round wire termination in connector applications. It features a wire range of 0.20-0.402 mm (24-22 AWG) with a 2.54 mm centerline spacing, and is constructed with gold plating on the contact mating area and nickel underplating for enhanced durability and conductivity. The contact has a solder tail with gold flash plating and is supplied as a loose piece, making it suitable for integration into various connector assemblies.
