DESCRIPTION
TB1141D4722-001 is a Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) M8 Hybrid cordset IP67 designed for industrial automation and IoT applications. It combines data transmission and power supply in a single cable assembly, with separate contacts for data and power to enable galvanic separation. The cordset supports data transmission up to 1 Gbps at 40 meters per IEEE 802.3bp 1000BASE-T1, or 10 Mbps at distances up to 1,000 meters per IEEE 802.3cg 10BASE-T1, while delivering power up to 400W. The signal pair carries up to 4A (22 AWG) and the power pair carries up to 8A (18 AWG), with materials including nickel-plated brass coupling nuts and phosphor bronze contacts rated UL94-VO. This hybrid solution is ideal for sensor/actuator networks, robotics, machinery, and surveillance systems where reduced connector count and integrated power delivery are advantageous.
