DESCRIPTION
The 3521150RFT is an SMD power resistor from TE Connectivity's 3521 series, designed as a high-power thick film chip resistor qualified to AEC-Q200 Grade 4 standard. It delivers 2 watts of power at 70°C ambient temperature with a compact form factor optimized for surface mount assembly and high-frequency applications. The resistor features a resistance range from 1O to 10MO with tolerance options of ±1% or ±5%, maximum working voltage of 250V, and maximum overload voltage of 500V. Its construction includes a high-purity alumina substrate with matte tin over nickel terminal finish, and it is supplied on 7-inch reels containing 4000 pieces.
