DESCRIPTION
The HSA10100RJ is an aluminum-housed, wire-wound power resistor from the HS series, designed to dissipate high power in a compact space. It provides a resistance of 100 ohms with a 5% tolerance and has a power rating of 16 watts when mounted on a heatsink, or 8 watts without a heatsink. This resistor operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 200°C and has a maximum working voltage of 250V. Key features include a temperature coefficient of ±50ppm/°C, a dielectric strength of 1400V (AC Peak), and excellent long-term stability. It is well-suited for applications such as braking resistors, capacitor charging and discharging circuits, filters, and general use in electrical machinery.
