DESCRIPTION
JMAPDD-6XL is a double-pole electrically held low-signal relay featuring suppression and protection diodes, qualified to MIL-R-39016/20. The relay operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +125°C with a contact arrangement of 2 Form C (DPDT) and contact material of gold/platinum/palladium/silver alloy (gold plated). Key electrical characteristics include an operate time of 2.0 ms maximum, release time of 4.0 ms maximum, contact bounce of 1.5 ms maximum, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 500 Vrms at 60 Hz between all contact configurations. The relay is hermetically sealed with high shock and vibration ratings (75 G's shock, 30 G's vibration), spreader pads, and excellent RF switching capability. It supports coil voltages from 5 to 26.5 Vdc with maximum coil power of 675 mW at 25°C, making it suitable for aerospace, military, and high-reliability switching applications requiring low-level signal control.
