DESCRIPTION
M39029/1-507 is a military-specification pin contact designed for terminal junction systems compliant with MIL-T-81714. This Size 21 (22HD) contact is rated for a dielectric withstanding voltage (DWV) of 1,000V at sea level and 325V at 70,000 feet altitude, with a working voltage of 600V at sea level and 300V at altitude. The contact exhibits a maximum voltage drop of 55V initially and 65V after conditioning at 5.0A test current, and maintains an insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms minimum under normal conditions and 5,000 megohms minimum after altitude immersion cycles in salt water. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -65°C to +200°C and demonstrates exceptional durability with no performance degradation after 10 insertion/removal cycles, while meeting Class D vibration (MIL-STD-202 method 204 condition G and MIL-STD-1344 method 2005) and Class C shock (MIL-STD-1344 method 2004, 300G, 3ms half-sine) requirements.
