DESCRIPTION
The CAP200HAANA is a sealed 1-pole DC power contactor from the CAP200 series designed for switching high-current DC loads in industrial applications. It features a 500 A contact rating with a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) main contact arrangement plus 1 auxiliary Form A contact, and operates with a DC coil voltage range of 9–36 VDC (maximum 36 VDC). The contactor is terminated via M8 × 1.25 stud terminals with wire connections and is mounted at the bottom with a torque specification of 80–100 in-lbs. The coil wire length is 390 mm (15.3 in), and the device is packaged individually. This contactor is well-suited for power distribution, battery isolation, and motor control applications in vehicles, industrial equipment, and systems requiring reliable high-current DC switching with flexible voltage operation.
