DESCRIPTION
The 202C663-51/164-0 is a molded uniboot that provides robust abrasion protection for connectors. Constructed from a flexible elastomer polymer blend (material -51), its design allows for a variety of cable outlet angles. This part is supplied pre-coated with S-1125 adhesive (precoating /164) to create an environmental seal upon installation. Key as-supplied dimensions include a minimum H diameter of 57.2 mm and a minimum K diameter of 77.2 mm; after unrestricted recovery, the maximum J diameter is 22.9 mm. Common applications include protecting connectors in harsh environments, and when installed on a spin-coupling adapter, it allows for cold reentry without damaging the seal.
