The 302A024-25-0 is a T-shaped molded transition designed for cable harnessing, manufactured from a fluid-resistant elastomer material compliant with RT-1325 specification. As supplied, the H and J entry ports have a minimum diameter of 1.06 inches (26.9 mm), and the K port has a minimum diameter of 2.64 inches (67.1 mm). After heat is applied for unrestricted recovery, the H and J ports shrink to a maximum diameter of 0.49 inches (12.4 mm), and the K port shrinks to 2.14 inches (54.4 mm), creating a secure fit. This component is ideal for applications requiring robust strain relief and environmental sealing for T-junctions in wiring systems exposed to fluids.
