DESCRIPTION
The 55A0111-22-0 is a 22 AWG lightweight wire designed for high-performance applications. It is constructed with a 19x34 stranded tin-coated copper conductor and has a maximum resistance of 16.2 ohms/1000 ft. This wire is rated for a maximum continuous conductor temperature of 150°C and a voltage of 600V (rms) at sea level. The radiation-crosslinked, modified ETFE insulation provides a minimum tensile strength of 5000 lbf/in² and passes an 8.0 kV peak impulse dielectric test. Its lightweight design and robust thermal and electrical properties make it ideal for aerospace, military, and other demanding electronic systems where reliability and weight savings are critical.
