DESCRIPTION
The 29.400.0853.0 is an 8-pole modular terminal block (Type KL 16/8 PA) designed for secure electrical connections in industrial control and distribution applications. It features polyamide 6.6 insulating housing with nickel-plated brass clamping bodies and accepts wire gauges from No. 22–12 AWG (1–2.5 mm² solid or stranded conductors). The terminal block is rated for AC 400 V at 10 A, with additional ratings of 250 V at 20 A and 300 V at 25 A, and provides 500 V / 6 kV / 3 dielectric strength. It operates across a temperature range of -40 °C to +100 °C and meets EN 60998-1/-2-1, EN 61210, and UL/CSA approvals. This modular design is commonly used in panel-mounted and DIN rail applications for power distribution, signal routing, and equipment interconnection in industrial machinery and control systems.
