DESCRIPTION
The 2065-2-9 is a BNC connector plug assembly designed for terminating Belden 9259 coaxial cable in RF and video applications. It features a 75 ohm nominal impedance with a working voltage rating of 500 VRMS and operates across a frequency range from DC to 3 GHz. The connector is constructed with a Teflon insulator, beryllium copper outer contact, commercial bronze K-grip sleeve, and brass components, with center contacts gold-plated per MIL-G-45204 and all other metal parts finished in Kings tarnish-resistant nickel (TR-5). This assembly is commonly used in broadcast, telecommunications, and test equipment applications where reliable RF signal transmission and impedance matching are critical.
