DESCRIPTION

747547-9 is an HDE-20 basic shielding hardware kit plug connector designed for D-subminiature cable assemblies. It features a shell size 3 configuration with 25 contact positions, tin-plated steel shell, and 94V-O rated thermoplastic insert in black. The connector accommodates recommended cable outer diameters from 0.165 to 0.455 inches with a maximum inner cable bundle diameter of 0.350 inches, and includes phosphor bronze contacts with duplex plating (0.000030 gold on mating end, tin on termination end, with nickel underplate). The kit is shipped unassembled and bulk-packaged in quantities of 100 pieces, with all components RoHS compliant. This connector is ideal for industrial machinery, medical instrumentation, computers, and telecommunications applications requiring reliable shielded cable termination.
