DESCRIPTION

5853-GR005 is a PTFE-insulated hookup wire designed for high-temperature and high-reliability applications. It features a 26 AWG (7/34) silver-plated copper conductor with a nominal insulation wall thickness of 0.010 inches, resulting in an overall diameter of 0.039 ± 0.004 inches. The wire operates over a temperature range of -60 to 200°C with a voltage rating of 600 VRMS, and meets UL AWM/STYLE 1213 and MIL-W-16878/4 (Type E) specifications. With a conductor DC resistance of 38 O/1000ft at 20°C and a bend radius of 10X cable diameter, this wire is ideal for aerospace, military, and industrial applications requiring excellent thermal stability and chemical resistance.
