DESCRIPTION
5853-WHITE-100 is a PTFE-insulated hookup wire designed for high-temperature and high-reliability applications. It features a 26 AWG (7/34) silver-plated copper conductor with a nominal diameter of 0.019 inches and PTFE insulation with a 0.010" wall thickness, resulting in an overall insulation diameter of 0.039 ± 0.004 inches. The wire is rated for a temperature range of -60 to 200°C and a voltage rating of 600 VRMS, meeting MIL-W-16878/4 (Type E) military specifications and UL AWM/STYLE 1213 standards. With a bend radius of 10X cable diameter and maximum pull tension of 2.18 lbs, this wire is suitable for aerospace, military, and industrial applications requiring excellent chemical resistance and thermal stability. The product is RoHS compliant and meets REACH regulations.
