DESCRIPTION
The 5875-BL005 is a high-temperature hookup wire designed for demanding electrical applications requiring superior insulation performance. It features a 22 AWG (19/34) stranded silver-plated copper conductor with a 0.014" wall nominal PTFE insulation, providing an outer diameter of 0.060" ± 0.004". The wire is rated for 1000V RMS at temperatures up to 200°C, meeting UL AWM/STYLE 1180 (300V RMS) and MIL-W-16878/5 Type EE (1000V RMS) specifications. Key electrical properties include a conductor DC resistance of 14 O/1000ft at 20°C and inductance of 0.05 µH/ft nominal. The wire operates reliably across a temperature range of -60°C to +200°C with a maximum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter and pull tension rating of 5.9 lbs. This product is ideal for aerospace, military, industrial control, and high-reliability applications where thermal stability and voltage performance are critical.
